Terms & Conditions

  1. If incorrect shipping information is provided and your order is shipped, you’re responsible for all costs.  You are responsible for the items and shipping of original products, as well as, replacement purchase.  BE SURE TO CHECK THAT THE PROVIDED ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
  2. We ship to 48 States – Not Hawaii or Alaska.
  3. Orders exceeding 5lb. must be made over the phone.
  4. All Christmas shipping orders must be placed before December 15th to ensure timely delivery.
  5. All retail pickups are to be made Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm, Sunday 8am – 1pm EST.
  6. Orders are normally processed, packed & shipped from our bakery within 3-5 business days of the order payment or CC Verification. We do not process orders over the weekend or holidays. Please expect a 1-2 day delay around a sales/special offer period.


How to Order

For your convenience, we offer two ways to order, online or over the phone.

    • You can call our customer service center at 1-888-EST-1904  to place your order. Our customer service staff is available Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm, Sunday 8am – 1pm EST.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for online & phone orders.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your order number and order details after submitting an online order.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify an order after it has been placed, we can accommodate your request, as long as, we have not produced or shipped your order.  All requests must be made BY PHONE. Please be sure to include your order number with your request.  We will confirm the change by phone or email.

Custom Orders

We do offer customization.  To discuss your specific requirements, please call our toll-free number, 844-EST-1904, Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm, Sunday 8am – 1pm EST, or e-mail.  Please be sure to include your telephone number in email correspondence.

Product Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us Mon-Fri between the hours of 8AM-3PM EST. We request that you retain all product and packaging materials so we can best assist you. If product arrives damaged, we request you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products.
